WORST Customer Service!!! Do NOT use this company. They got my mother to her doctor’s appointment over 30 minutes late both times we had to use them. And right now we are STRANDED in Plano at Texas Back Institute because they had a shift change and they have no idea when they can come back and get her.
Start by not posting a "hiring billboard ambulance" directly across the street from a competitors station. Is business that bad?
My son was transported by them with uncontrollable tremors and the guy running in the back of the ambulance rolled his eyes and screamed at him to stop. My son felt traumatized by the event. Very disappointed.
