I am a bit older but work with Carrie three times a week especially for Core work. Carrie works hard to give me a variety in my work outs. At one time I ran in all the local races but hurt my knee and than walked in all the races. Used these activities to relieve stress and give self-esteem. Life changes and Carrie is now my source of stress relief, laughter, and self-esteem. Do this for yourself!
