Had a great experience with Danielle NP and David MA. There was no wait, provider discussed options, staff were extremely friendly, overall I was in and out in an hour! Next time I need to go to UC, I will go back to CareFirst. Highly recommend.
David had exceptional customer service and was very helpful throughout the whole process.
Very easy to get an appointment online and they had immediate times available. We filled out the form online and it took less than 5 minutes. Extremely short wait time. Basically seen immediately. If you need urgent but not emergency care, go here and skip the er.
I went in with a broken (injured) toe. The exam room is carpeted with no medical supplies. I expected the “doctor” to remove my homemade bandage, ask questions, examine my toe, give me care tips and refer me for xray, then bandage my toe properly. Very disappointed in the level of care. Nothing was done except one question “Can you move it” and I had to ask for an xray. This is the level of care in medicine now?
