this place is so unprofessional, once i got home i had to look up if urgent care doctors were even real doctors because of how these people made me question their professionalism. the first red flag that should’ve made me walk away from this place was that i had to speak to an AI bot when making an appointment. when i finally got to my room they had me waiting in the room for like 30 minutes???? might’ve even been more, i couldn’t tell because my phone was dead the whole time, then they came back and literally said they forg... read more
