I can’t say enough good things about the front desk. She was personable, listened and was patient. The NP on the other hand rude. Nonchalant, acted like I was just other human she didn’t want to take care of. Prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy so after calling all morning the NP answers rude again. She just blamed it on the front desk and I was hung up on while still talking. I would just find another urgent care😂

The Provider was thorough and great! Also Amy at the front desk was phenomenal! Amy was patient, caring, and kind! She went above and beyond to make sure that our time at the Lakota Carefirst Urgent Care was one that will make us refer our friends and family too! Thank you all for what you do!
