I went here last week with my brother, and we were the ONLY people in the lobby and I am not sure why the NP or doctor thought then was a good time to call this patient, but I heard the whole entire conversation down to the patient's FULL name. I work in the medical field, and I know that is a complete violation of HIPAA. TLDR: Got stuck with a $400 bill due to misleading info. Never come here if you may need lab work done. I really wish I could give them more. The doctor is great. He's thorough and very informative and I've been here a few times. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, I came in for a respiratory issue returning after a couple months. The last time, I had been informed by the doctor that lab work could be UP TO $150 if I didn't have insurance. This time, he didn't say anything about it so I assumed it was the same. No xray at this office. We googled urgent care clincs with xrays and came up with Carefirst Urgent Care. They DO NOT have an xray. Another person came in after us hoping to get an xray and was referred to nearby hospitals. No wait for service. Staff was very nice. Received 3 prescriptions that were sent to our pharmacy. Several hours later called our pharmacy and found that prescriptions were not called in. Had to call CareFirst to have them resend. We won't be going back.

VETERANS BEWARE!! Urgent Care on Wilmington Pike is the worst! I went there at 11:30am to have my neck checked out after a car accident. The place was busy and I sat in the waiting area 2 and a half hours before being called back into an exam room #1, which was extremely filthy BTW). In the room I waited 30 minutes before a tech cam in and asked me why I was there. I am writing this review because I have just gotten off the phone with a very rude receptionist at Lebanon, Ohio’s Urgent care on Colombia avenue. I spoke to Mary and explained to her that I had a covid test and the doctor had instructed me to call today if I had not received my results through email. She refused to look for me and would not even take my name. Horrible urgent care! Place is dark, dingy, and dirty. Staff is rude and doesn't know what they are doing!

The lady at the front counter is nice. I am currently sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Still have not been called back for a drug analyses?!?!?! This place is way too slow! Do not go here!

Went to the urgent care straight after work this evening front staff was very kind and helpful, wasn’t a long wait at all! Dr Koo is amazing!! Easy to talk to, genuinely cares, and takes the time to listen. Would HIGHLY recommend :)
