The doctor was great, but I was told the follow up appointment would be at no cost, and sure enough I received a bill in the mail for going to the follow up. Contacted them and said I was lied to, she said, "no one lied to you!" Yet they agreed to take it off my bill? Unfortunately, I've had to make my due diligence in correcting the matter. I wonder how many other people just pay incorrect bills to these crooks. I'll be waiting for my new bill to show in the mail, will follow up if not taken care of.
