I went here last week with my brother, and we were the ONLY people in the lobby and I am not sure why the NP or doctor thought then was a good time to call this patient, but I heard the whole entire conversation down to the patient's FULL name. I work in the medical field, and I know that is a complete violation of HIPAA.
