Very happy with Front desk employee (Sierra). She was polite and worked quickly to get us in and out. The provider was extremely slow and worked with no urgency. have been to multiple locations for DOT physicals and have never had a provider take as long as this one to complete! Get this provider up to speed or replaced with someone that can complete things in a timely manner and I’ll update review to 5 stars.
Husband waited over 2 hours WITH INSURANCE and still didn’t even get seen by a doctor in that time frame. With only 2 people ahead of him. DEFINITELY NOT A SENSE OF URGENCY HERE. One star rating because no stars wasn’t available. Would have been quicker at the hospital and that’s sad.
Staff was wondering and very understanding about my anxiety issues with doctors especially new places as we where traveling. Literally called my mom as my husband drive out of the parking lot and told her when she is visiting Beavercreek and she needs an urgent care this place is awesome.

The Doctor was great! However Carefirst Urgent Care billed my credit card twelve business days after my visit. The billing department said my lab work was denied by my health insurance. My insurance company has not processed the claim yet!
