Shockingly terrible service. Beyond it taking weeks to even ship my script, it got hung up by UPS (not their fault). What was their fault was when I emailed repeatedly for a week to inquire about it obviously having been lost by UPS, they ignored me until I put in the subject line I would reverse the charge on my CC. Subsequently, I let them know in writing 3x that if the replacement was not going to be overnighted, I needed to give them a new address as we were leaving. I am beyond frustrated with CareFirst. I order my medication earlier and earlier every time to try to avoid issues, and it still never seems to be early enough. It has been almost six weeks since my doctor ordered my refill, and no one has contacted me. When my doctor calls again, CareFirst asks the most ridiculous questions and promises they will contact me immediately. Ten days later, I still haven’t heard anything. I have been using this pharmacy for a good 4 years now, and I absolutely love it. The guys are great and I take about 14 meds a day, they all remember what I take haha!!! I live 3 hrs away, and I still drive to this specific pharmacy because they have rocked my chemo out with me and they make me feel at home!!!
I am still trying to wrap my mind around the level of customer service at this Pharmacy. They are local and they deliver! Normally same day (do better CVS). All of my meds are in the process of being transferred. I’m thankful to have found them
