Had an excellent tele-video Doctor Visit today with CareFirst Primary and Wellness center's Christopher Cipriano PA, who works with Dr Schoor. Arranged for lab tests to be performed right there at the CareFirst office in Mesquite, tomorrow. All went smoothly - just like being there at the office.
Doctor Paul Schorr was great but his Receptionists were awful! They never answer the phone when you call or hang up on you. I tryed calling back several times only to Be placed on a voicemail that no one calls you back on. The doctor deserves better staff to assist him.
As soon as I call, I am immediately put on hold for 15 minutes (+).
They were very nice and they were on time and the doctor was real understanding
