It was my first time so I was a bit nervous. Ellen and Zinal were so kind to explain the process thoroughly to me, and Wen was absolutely amazing - so gentle and made me feel super comfortable. The process was and smooth and quick. Thank you!!
Ellen, Zinaf and Wen are wonderful and very welcoming and made my experience more positive than I ever expected from a testing. Ellen took the time to thoroughly explain the process and answered all my questions patiently. Wen was especially comforting in conducting my test and Zinaf was very efficient in taking my information and recommending next steps in helping me find a family doctor. The three of them really made my experience a very positive one!
