I had to get both knees done through the MRI machine, and add the misfortune to have Scott as the MRI person. I was already very anxious, because with my knee pains it is very hard for me to stay still. But this man had not one single kind word to say to me. He just barked orders at me and seemed highly irritated to even be there. I was doing the very best I could, and he was mean and condescending to the very end. Would not recommend.
Sandy is the absolute best! She took amazing care of me & my mini freak out. 🥰
Mary was very friendly at front desk knowledgeable! Sandy was so patient with me I was in so much pain at first she did everything possible to make me comfortable and answered any question I had , the scan was fast which I liked
The employees here are fantastic and I'm happy to have met them and work with them!
If you are extremely claustrophobic like I am this facility and staff are AMAZING ! I drove from Matlacha to Ft Myers so that I could have an open MRI and not have to take a Valium and have a driver. I was shown the MRI equipment and the technician explained exactly how the MRI would be done. 5 STAR REVIEW!
