If you’re looking for an unorganized office where appointments are frequently canceled, rescheduled, and then canceled again, this is the place for you. Communication is poor, scheduling is unreliable, and keeping an appointment seems to be the exception rather than the rule. Overall, my experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The doctor ordered a MRI done on my head (brain), I had the mri done here on May 27 2026 at about 10:00 am, It has now been 12 days and they still haven't read my mri and gave the doctor the results. I have called and the doctor has called every day and they tell me and the doctor the same thing, still waiting for someone to read the mri. Horrible.

Was the first client. What a wonderful experience. Have an issue with tight spaces. SANDY the mri tech was great cannot say enough of how special she is. Helped me with comfort level too get the mri done fast and efficient. Will definitely in the future go here for mri. The receptionist was very good and helpful. And the price was very fair. I am self pay until I reach the deductible. The first place I went staff was not helpful or nice. Thank you Sandy and will be recommending your facility to everyone..

I had to get both knees done through the MRI machine, and add the misfortune to have Scott as the MRI person. I was already very anxious, because with my knee pains it is very hard for me to stay still. But this man had not one single kind word to say to me. He just barked orders at me and seemed highly irritated to even be there. I was doing the very best I could, and he was mean and condescending to the very end. Would not recommend.
