I have had a live-in aide from the Care First Agency for 2 weeks after hip replacement surgery. I couldn't be more pleased. In caring for my 98 year old mother, this service was the only company that got it right. Their caregivers were experience, available, punctual, and most importantly they were caring and compassionate. I highly recommend them for a loved one. Save yourself the aggravation and start with these people. I wish I had.
Our sweet Diane takes care of my Aunt Anne as if she is a dear friend or family member with much love and respect. She is such a wonderful advocate and encouragement for Anne, especially with her therapies, eating and doctors appointments. Diane is a godsend.
We are so very pleased with the service and the aides you have provided for our cousin. They are all very enthusiastic about the care and well being of their charge. I highly recommend them.
