The front desk receptionists are rude in-person. I've seen them be extremely abrupt to elderly people of the street who aren't familiar. I've seen them shoo them away with no explanation of why Carefirst won't service them. They also rarely pick up the phone even after being on hold a long time and the front desk do not open on time in the morning. The nurses and doctors are adequate though if you can get past reception. Also, the Carefirst reception at the other location is much more professional and kind.

There is room for improvement for the reception desk. The glass was covered by all kinds of materials and people can hardly see the receptionists inside the booth. The receptionist was not helpful, and not professional in terms of customer service. There is a big difference from their other location at 360 Hwy 7, which provides excellent services from the time I walked into the office. The receptions, nurses, nurse practitioners and doctors are all wonderful.

I attempted to reach the office at 9:00 a.m. and remained on hold for 45 minutes before receiving a message that no one was available to take my call. This has caused significant inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed with the service level.

我和我老公的家庭医生是Jerry Zhang医生，我们对他都非常满意。每一次看病和体检都满意而归。而且他真的关心病人的健康。我老公体检的时候我只是陪同，但他也会耐心解答我一些问题，在得知我备孕期间服用某种保健品的时候会警惕关心过量毒性和危害。甚至在我离开诊所的第二天，他会让前台工作人员给我电话沟通再次确保我没有过量摄入防止对生育的危害。我没有想到在非面诊期间我的医生依然会为他的病人的健康做考虑，我感到很温暖也感受到了医生的责任心，同时很幸运选择了这家诊所，我遇到的所有工作人员也都很友好，我们很喜欢这里

Dr Jerry Zhang is the worst doctor in the world. No knowledge, no patient, no advice, no follow up. Just get the salary & go home.
