I scheduled an appointment for sore throat. The entire staff don’t seem to be unorganized. When call to the back the doctor didn’t check vitals until I was on my way out the door. They had to call me back to complete vitals and didn’t take ALL vitals. They only checked bp and oxygen. That’s a first for me. The FNP pulled up AI in front of me to diagnose me, another first. The clinic has an NP working there and her name is Janet. She is awesome! You can tell that she really cares about her patients. She takes the time to get to know you and any issues you may be having, and makes sure that you get the proper follow up and treatment. She is the main reason that I come to this clinic. Ask her about her favorite cat "Aubry Grace".

I have been a patient at this Clinic for a few years. I was seen many times by Dr. Salina now that she is gone and the office staff has had so much turn over the CS has gone out the door!

If 0 stars was an option, id give it. If you are considering this office, please make sure to do your research. The nurses making insensitive jokes about patients, not once but twice. Excited about asking Chat GPT for insights and explanation. The lack of supervision for someone who is not confident in drawing blood and asking the patients friend if they want to do it after simply just making them aware the patients veins are small and she has rolling veins.
