The only reason I have any stars to give here is because Dr. Zaglinksy was helpful-- however the company and receptionist team are extremely un professional. I cannot say that they care about individuals or patient health. Dr. Zaglinsky here is my referring physician to a specialist. I asked for my reports from that specialist, and so **she SENT ME one report, but she told me that I should call receptionist desk to receive the rest of my reports. Instead of telling patients to “send an email,” you should simply pick up the phone it’s the easiest thing to do. I tried to call from morning with no success.

I want to address Ms. Bally Singh to have her staff send me my imaging results as soon as possible because I find this is the easiest way to get my most reasonable requests completed. I called your staff a couple times, waited long to just be put on hold and not given an answer or have my results sent to me. Now, Your staff is not picking up my calls, or if I call from a different number, they pickup and as soon as they hear my voice, put me on hold.
