I had a very disastrous phone consultation today with NP Victoria Frost. The last thing I feel like doing is reviewing this disaster of an appointment but it was so stressful and bewildering I need to document it. I had met with her twice before. 24 hours is the soonest they can make an appointment for a 18 month old with a severe fever. Absolutely disgraceful.
Love the staff- I’m extremely impressed with how they work and make sure everything is set. Front staff are always kind- Shout out to the pharmacy staff who always help me in any way!
The only reason I have any stars to give here is because Dr. Zaglinksy was helpful-- however the company and receptionist team are extremely un professional. I cannot say that they care about individuals or patient health. Dr. Zaglinsky here is my referring physician to a specialist. I asked for my reports from that specialist, and so **she SENT ME one report, but she told me that I should call receptionist desk to receive the rest of my reports.
