Their website says they are accepting new patients, last September I made an appointment for my son. When we arrived, Dr. Okojie said it's just a meet and greet, he may not accept my son as his patient. After that we haven't heard from him and the clinic for 8 months. I have no idea how he picks up his patient, base on age, race, health conditions?? Because my son has disability? He has Aspergers Syndrome.
Why they never call back??? Happened to me several times that our call got disconnected before they even said anything. I just assumed they wanted to set up follow up call with my NP so I’ve booked it online but why should I do that? Why they never call back??!
I had a great experience at the clinic today. The staff were professional and welcoming, and everything was handled efficiently. I especially want to mention MOA Amisha, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my visit.
Great experience at this medical office, highly recommend - their manager Bally is very experienced and professional :)
