This place sucks! They never have any work and they only have Spanish speaking clients that's it! They refuse to answer the phones and it's absolutely ridiculous! If you start working for them you wont receive an ID. Who wants someone coming to their house with no ID?!? I would never in a million years refer anyone to this unorganized, unpleasant, Unprofessional company. Smh!
If you care about your parents, relatives, please stay away from this agency..they really DON'T CARE about anyone except for their own business...
I would love to give this place a zero but it’s best to report them to the state. The people in that specific office are pure trash. I am Not sure if they even have a high school diploma. They do not know how to speak with with people. They hang up on you whenever they want and they do not let you talk to their boss and say it’s their policy. They take advantage of their employee that work at the patients home and under pay their employees even if you have 2 patients they’ll still pay you minimum rage as a home health aid. T... read more
