No one EVER answers their extension and return calls are, on average, a week later! This is called help? No thank you. I think the media would be interested in the lack of assistance our tax payer dollars are supporting!
Super disappointed I've been trying to reach someone there since I was released from hospital with strep I left serval voice-mail on serval extension since I could never get a hold of someone. Since I have strep & feel like crap and contagious I wanted to reschedule my appointment that is set for today but no call back. so frustrating and once I'm better I will go up there and give them a piece of my mind this is not fair why have a call in option if no one will answer or return calls? it's a set up to loose your benefits.
This organization is a great source for everyone in Palm Beach County looking to achieve their career goals. I definitely recommend it if you're serious and interested in changing jobs or your career path, their service is excellent.
