Leslie Rothman did a wonderful job not only helping confirm my intuitions, but also giving me information to work with to take action in the direction I want to go. I feel more confident in the direction I am currently heading knowing that with her clear direction and guidance I not only feel I am heading in the right direction, but with the self-discovery KNOW it is the right direction and calling for my life. Highly recommend to anyone that is having career fog blocking their view. Worth every penny.
I was given the gift of working with Leslie after an unexpected separation from my employer. Her patience, kindness, and empathy seemed to right the ship when it felt like I was sinking. Leslie was a bastion of no-nonsense guidance and support through the entire continuum of leaving a job and finding another. From developing a polished resume and LinkedIn page, tactics for finding the right fit, creating my personal "brand," application and interviewing strategies and transitioning into a new role, I moved through the process with the utmost confidence due to Leslie's wise counseling.

But I needed a process by which to work my way through it, and it was Leslie's approach that enabled me to do so. Using... read more
After nearly 24 years in my executive position, it was time to go. My resume hadn’t been touched in many, many years and I was overwhelmed to say the least. I worked with Susan who was friendly, engaged and worked hard to get me up and running again. She provided tips for in person and phone interviews, cover letter basics and encouraging emails. She laughed with me but also took care of the business at hand. I can’t recommend this business enough!
