I’m fortunate to have worked for Career Training Concepts as a Team Lead for one of their contract vehicles for a little over five years. During my time as the Lead, I was afforded the opportunity to lead a team of 15 amazing training developers and collaborate with members of the ARNG to develop courseware. I can honestly say that I have lifelong friends based on this opportunity and I am forever grateful!
