The manager Rachel gave me a hair drug test and I received a positive for cocaine, I knew that was incorrect. Before she shaved my hair , she rubbed some cream on my chest with her bare hand . She had just come back in the building from her car handling cocaine. so I retested immediately following notification of a positive, and I'm negative for any drugs in my system, this is a criminal act I'm notifying the DEA and state of Ark medical board for her actions
Cheated me out my two years for DOT physical. My blood pressure was well under 140/90 and they only gave me a year and cited HTN and says it's because I'm on medication. That's not the regulations. They need to read the regulations and start doing the right thing ..
DOT physical exam was in and out 15 minutes, no games. This place is excellent!
