Came in with strep symptoms and rather than give me a rapid strep test they took 4 vials of blood. Just got a bill for $288 from the lab! And they never called to tell me that one of the tests showed that I did in fact have strep. This place is so bad for everything beyond a covid test
My experience was horrible. Other Covid sites took my primary Medicare but they won’t. All other doctors and clinics relish having a customer with Verizon United Health Care but they won’t. They wanted cash. This is suspicious and needs investigating.
Third time getting a Covid test here. Not sure about the other negative reviews but they've always been nice. I've been here 3x now. I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking to get a test. My appointment was for 10:15, they saw me quickly and I was out before 10:30am. Granted the first time I went was a little longer wait; submitting my insurance , ID etc. I'm thankful my insurance covers the test and for the team here. With insurance Rapid covid test costs $120 plus copay. Without insurance it’s more. Staff are lovely, but this is a money mill off the back of a global pandemic.
