NEVER use this company. They do not respond to texts, calls etc....they keep missing 1/4 of our yard, and there is a different crew each week that doesn't speak English. They skipped us completely last week and I had to borrow my neighbors push mower and do it myself. No response after I fired them either. Losers.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have tried multiple times to cancel service. Left messages, sent emails, can NEVER get a person to respond. If CARE Crew see this review...we will not pay! Answer your emails and or phone messages!
Great communication, rather you speak English or Spanish, they will adapt to you. They turned my overgrown yard into a gem in one day. I really appreciate these guys. They trimmed trees, bushes and asked before using chemicals. I have young kids and dogs, so asking first is tremendously huge to me.
They have been taking care of my landscaping for over a year and it always looks perfect. Love these guys.
Don’t waste your money or time on their services. They literally have a different crew come over to my moms house every week because of high turnover. The crews are inconsistent. They don’t keep my weeds under control and they skip edging my yard at times. Nick never answers the phone and doesn’t own up to his mistakes when confronted. The lawn care people didn’t show up to my house one week and instead of owning up to it, Nick denied it. I literally work from home so I know they never came to my house.
