I went here based on their Facebook advertisement for quick service and no appointment necessary. After waiting in the lobby for an hour and 15 minutes, I was told that they take established patients who are already in the computer first and appointments. It clearly states that appointments are not needed. It should not take over an hour to get my paperwork in the computer. The ladies really didn’t seem to care.

RecommendedI recommend the CareConnect on Hwy 82 - the staff and doctors there are awesome. wait time is very minimal and they actually LISTEN to you. Very Caring from receptionist to doctors. I highly recommend this office. I like Dr. Brahman on Tift Avenue, but the staff leave a lot to be desired, which is why I go to the one on 82!

I don't know what office staff the others saw, but the ones I met are awesome. The entire staff is great and always accommodating. I have always been pleased. However, the front office staff at the one near hospital are always rude.
