I went to Care Connect today (3/28/26) at 1:00. The lobby was empty. I was told the nurse is going on lunch break when she finishes the clients in the back for me to come back at 3:00. I told her I would wait in my car as I fill out the paperwork. At 10 till 3 I went in and waited. Several others came in to be seen. Knowledgeable efficient, great customer service
When you’re feeling terrible, you don’t want to come to CUC to be seen by a dry, crude/rude MA/Nurse at your side making you feel 10 x worse, am I correct? If you said yes, I hope Morgan sees you next time because she made me feel like her priority was ME and getting the care for me that I needed and ASAP. 10/10 recommend her.
My nurse Morgan and my doctor was so kind and empathetic. Even though I felt horrible, they made me feel cared for and seen.
