My nurse Morgan and my doctor was so kind and empathetic. Even though I felt horrible, they made me feel cared for and seen.
Today I took my very ill 78 year old Mom here after we weren’t able to be seen at Crisp Hospital. We were seen immediately and could not have asked for more compassionate staff and care. They could have easily sent us to the hospital, but instead Barbara, Jasmine and others treated my Mom for several hours allowing her to be able to be sent home with me. I have never witnessed better care anywhere else and the way they truly cared for my Mom was amazing. We are so appreciative and grateful for all the staff.
Started off my visit being turned away at 11:40 AM because they were going to lunch (no lunch hours posted online or on building). They said come back at 1:30PM. After arriving back to get checked I was told all my tests came back negative and lots of viral things were going around with a shrug. Went somewhere else the next day when I still wasn't feeling better to have my tests results come back positive resulting in a need for antibiotics. I recently had a deeply frustrating experience at Care Connect, and I feel compelled to share my encounter to shed light on their customer service, or lack thereof. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a staff member who was not only unhelpful but downright rude. After providing my insurance information, I was met with an immediate dismissal. I was turned away because the provider (Lacey Brown) was wanting to go to lunch at 2pm in the afternoon. They said they were not equipped to do stitches despite the fact that I didn’t even need stitches in the first place. The urgent care down the road took care of me without issue with no stitches needed.
