Awesome crowd to be around
5+ hours waiting in car to have a 15 minute test done. Maybe let people know that it will be hours before they will be seen instead of sitting in 90 degree temps. Poor management of patients time. Medical practices often for get patients are customers. Mistreat customers you soon won't have any.
Really Great people here!! Angel, the nurse, and Krista Keen, the FNP-C did a great job removing a hearing AID piece from my ear (painful)!! I can't thank them enough for there diligence and professionalism!!!!! I didn't like all the paperwork involved but now I'm in the system the next time the VA sends me there. Many thanks for EVERYTHING!!!!!
