Brought my daughter there for care and the bed side manner was awful from the nurse practitioner. She came in the room and told me to keep my mouth shut and not to speak then proceed to tell my daughter she gave her antibiotics when she was there a week and half ago and I told her she was not giving antibiotics only Flonase and Zyrtec. NO STARS, this used to be a great urgent care, but since becoming part of AnMed, the experience has changed and not for the better. During my visit today, we waited an unreasonably long time for care while staff could be heard laughing and socializing in the back. Hearing that while patients are sitting , waiting and feeling sick is frustrating and unprofessional. It gave the impression that patient care was not the priority. Gloria was very professional and put Danny at ease when sewing his thumb. Nice place and people.
I signed in online and went in expecting a long wait because it was a Saturday. Instead I was in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes and in and out completely in 30 minutes or less. The doctor and staff were very nice and took care of me in a prompt and professional manner.
