NO STARS, this used to be a great urgent care, but since becoming part of AnMed, the experience has changed and not for the better. During my visit today, we waited an unreasonably long time for care while staff could be heard laughing and socializing in the back. Hearing that while patients are sitting , waiting and feeling sick is frustrating and unprofessional. It gave the impression that patient care was not the priority. Gloria was very professional and put Danny at ease when sewing his thumb. Nice place and people.
I signed in online and went in expecting a long wait because it was a Saturday. Instead I was in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes and in and out completely in 30 minutes or less. The doctor and staff were very nice and took care of me in a prompt and professional manner.
Came in at 3:45 with hip pain the nurses were so kind & understanding had X-rays of my hip area Dr came in and went over the results was very patient and took his time with me I highly recommend coming here for any medical issue
