Tired of being billed for a bill that I already paid with the confirmation number. I paid your bill, unless you know, you're trying to get more money out of patients.
First time being turned down at an anmed facility because I had no insurance or cash in hand. I guess the little signs on the wall that say no one can be denied services don't mean a whole lot. Care connect needs to do better, plain and simple.
Website states open til 8 pm. I drove 20 miles to get there and arrived at 7 pm. Upon entering...I was told by the two ladies at the front counter that they were taking no more patients. Why? I asked. Because we have too many waiting was the response. You need to change your web page to state that you quit taking patients at 7pm so no one else has to waste time coming there to be turned away.
