I have been impressed with the ownership and the caregivers The caregiivers sre prompt and take wonderful care of my husband. I highly recommend CareCo.
If you have it. Do it! This company is awesome. Their in office staff are so helpful. The caregivers are so sweet and respectful. If someone doesn’t show up or is late they call before you even notice. Money well spent
I love this company. They take accountability, even for the small things. They hold their caregivers to a high standard. And the over communicate. Best decision I’ve ever made. Also the 24/7 access to someone in office has also been a life saver.
It really saddens me that I have to write another review and leave the company in this manner. If I could give negative stars I would, I’ve hired an attorney for a lawsuit against them. It’s been so much with this company and mainly it’s Britney and Catherine. This company do not care about their clients let alone veterans . I’ve had numerous mishaps the amount of caregivers who comes in and out of my home in a month is ridiculous.
