It really saddens me that I have to write another review and leave the company in this manner. If I could give negative stars I would, I’ve hired an attorney for a lawsuit against them. It’s been so much with this company and mainly it’s Britney and Catherine. This company do not care about their clients let alone veterans . I’ve had numerous mishaps the amount of caregivers who comes in and out of my home in a month is ridiculous. First off let me say the “5 star” reviews on this company is most likely fraudulent or manipulated by staff. Here’s the real if I could give negative stars I would, this is actually my second review. First review was taken down as a bribe exchange due to money being stolen out of my purse by a caregiver. I was asked to start a clean slate with them in hopes of a better outcome. Katherine and the CareCo. team have been outstanding! Dad and Mom love seeing Desiree every week. She is so good with helping them meet their needs. They look forward to her visit every time. Our family would highly recommend!
