Worst customer service, after one week of back and forth they declined to offer any service.
My father has received wound care and physical therapy care from the CareChoices Huntington Beach staff for several months and they have been excellent. Jessica was his main Physical Therapist and Jennifer was his main Wound Care nurse. I can't say enough good things about both. They are always friendly, punctual and really care about providing the best care for my dad's health. Any questions I ask get answered immediately. We highly recommend them.
Terrible experience with the office staff!!
We are so grateful for Care Choices and Nurse Jennifer! She has been my husbands nurse for a year now. She is both professional and personable and works so hard every day and late into the night. She has guided us along this journey and we trust her with our life. Thank you Care Choices and your wonderful staff for all you've done for us.
The worst agency! Jenifer or however you write the name of this "nurse" it's the worst! She lied about my boyfriend (the patient) and "the company" didn't call to make sure it was true! They just decided to cancel and now we have to find another company! Do you think guys we have time to do this shit? My boyfriend is sick like everybody that takes your services!
