I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. Despite calling every other day, I have yet to receive a follow-up, even though I am repeatedly told that someone will contact me. When Gray Hawk was managing the service, communication and customer care were excellent. Since Aging With Comfort took over, the level of service has noticeably worsened

Great home health aide agency—professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Noelani in case management is very helpful and organized, and Carline in payroll is the best—always accurate and on top of everything. Highly recommend!
