If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. I’ve been dealing with them for several years. They’ve been overbilling me and overbilling my insurance company. I’ve had to go back and forth with them and Horizon to fix the billing, and it’s a never-ending battle. They continue to bill me invoices on different accounts instead of having everything on one account. Terrible customer service, unethical billing. Provider received pre-approval for device to be 100% covered then was charged hundreds. Phone call to customer service was useless. Then they sent me to collections. Went to file a BBB complaint and the website said: In October of 2018, BBB opened an investigation into CareCentrix, Inc.’s business practices, resulting from an inquiry by an investigative reporter. The leadership consists of bottom of the barrel licensed staff who have failed clinically and have been rejected by their peers at reputable institutions.
