Worst company to go through. I was unaware of the constant individual invoices that I have received I tried they CPAP device as I was borderline. My pulmonologist to suggested me trying it never never ever again. This company nickel and dimes you to the umpteenth degree. I had the CPAP for 1 month and I returned it apparently one day late and got billed for 2 months. That was April. Horrible company! It’s a shame Florida Blue refers them! Don’t waist your time with them!
Absolutely asinine policies. I handle husbands account and I can do anything with his account except make a payment plan. Making a regular monthly payment but I cannot set up an official payment plan on website and will send you to collections if no “official” payment plan. Long hold times
This company might be worse than AT&T and that is saying a lot. They can’t even spell customer service let alone deliver it. Meanwhile the people in the C-suites are ambivalent as long as they get paid.
