Dyialsis patient with approximately 3 years left to live. Wanted to reduce my monthly payments from $150 to $80 and that would have paid off my debt completely by the end of the year. I only owed $311.16 as soon as ai made request they hanged up on me. I need the extra savings each month to afford to get myself to Dyialsis treatments. What an absurd company.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! They extort you for money and hold medically required equipment from being shipped. They are the absolute worst. Even after I paid their ridiculous fees which shouldn't have been charged in the first place (another story), they still kept a hold on my account for weeks. WORST COMPANY EVER!
I owed them $59 (past due.) I paid the past due amount on *JUNE* 27th. Billing was supposed to notify a different department that the account was paid in full so that the suspension would be lifted. I received a call from my cpap company that they couldn’t put my order through because my account was suspended. I call this morning and they confirm that my account is indeed paid in full. AN ENTIRE MONTH went by and billing still HAD NOT communicated to the other department to lift the suspension. I don’t understand!!
This company is a complete scam and a nightmare to deal with. Despite being 100% covered by my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois), they continue to send me bills for services that have been fully paid. When BCBS-IL stepped in and contacted them on my behalf, even they were met with rudeness and unhelpful service. BCBS-IL uncovered that CareCentrix had incorrectly submitted the claims.
