This company might be worse than AT&T and that is saying a lot. They can’t even spell customer service let alone deliver it. Meanwhile the people in the C-suites are ambivalent as long as they get paid.
What a disaster of a company. I have some of the most brilliant doctors from across the country who all believe my son needs an infusion that will save his childhood. Even blue cross blue shield approved us but for the administration to happen you have to go through carecentrix, a company I’ve never even heard of. I can't say what I feel about this company
It is disappointing that a company so poorly operated and with so many negative reviews can stay in business. It feels they scam clients with insurance to make money by continuing to send supplies and bill you despite being repeatedly asked to stop. Be careful working with them because they either repeatedly misunderstand the words “do not send me any more supplies unless requested” or purposely take advantage.
