I brought my mom came here for an urgent care due she vomit and feeling sickness. She showed her insurance card. The front desk girl named Jaelyn asked: ID?. I said she forgot at home. Then I said if she can check in, filling the documents & waiting for doctors while I come back home to grab her ID, but the girl said No, ID first. They do not counsel properly and give the most irrelevant and ridiculous recommendations. I am not taking NyQuil for my chest pain, thanks.
