It was great I made an appointment they took me on time. Doctor she was great.
40 year old male- no health history- Absolute worst “Minute Clinic” I have ever been to. Went there for x rays on a rib injury, sent me down to Easton (no issue there) after confirming I could have X-rays in Stoughton. No issues on that hiccup regarding the preliminary visit, maybe you don’t need x rays…a meaningful face to face with a professional would be great? Long and short. DO NOT COME HERE! They charged my bank account $250 without my consent 7 months AFTER my visit despite me having 3 different ACTIVE health insurance policies. A bill was never sent and they did not inform me that they would be charging my card. Despite all of this, I attempted to obtain an itemized bill from their ‘billing department’ to submit for reimbursement and they were unable to generate a bill to send to me. Avoid this place unless you like to wait absurdly long times, and then have the nurse practitioner try and make you feel guilty for being frustrated.
Receptionist lost my license and insurance card and that of my son and than refused to take accountability and insisted she returned them to me and refused to check work area. I emptied my pocketbook in front of her to show I did not have them and she was rude and disrespectful to me and my family after HER screw up.
