Biggest crooks on the market. Very incompentent staff who lied about the features of their software packages. They never setup our software and caused our company to lose money being that their software did not have any reports or the right features for our state compliance. They have stopped responding and never provided the proper reports they claimed their software was supppse to produce. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Completely dissatisfied with the service. The software proves to be entirely unsuitable for medical Adult Day Care (ADH) programs. The company's primary focus appears to be swiftly securing an agreement with the client and promptly initiating charges to their bank account. Unfortunately, once this process is in motion, attempting to reach the management for support or resolution becomes an insurmountable challenge.
