The team at CareBridge is always responsive, they document and clarify things in my partner's chart so everyone is up to date, they have probably kept us out of the hospital a few times by catching things and treating them early, since so much can pop up for her when her PCP's office is closed. CareBridge is allowing my partner to spend more of her days at home, instead of being institutionalized in a hospital or elsewhere. Thank you all for your diligence and hard work.
