Dr. Riccitelli is very informative and helpful
First time going to this clinic and it was horrible service, front desk personnel were very rude. If they're the face of the clinic then they should be pleasant and great patients politely.

A lady from their staff called to chew me out over the phone because I ended up not using their referral. I asked if she was calling to chew me out and she said no. I then said to me your tone sounds like you're chewing me out, which she then says that okay yes she is calling to chew me out because I've wasted her time. This was my first time to the clinic and I was trying to get into the first person that could take me from a rheumatologist.
