They lie up front about the cost and payment options! Don’t fall for the scam!! My income qualified me for their sliding fee scale and they set me up on a payment plan of $40 a month and said as long as I never missed a payment it would stay in effect. I am on a fixed income so this seemed perfect. I have never missed a payment and never paid late in 3 years! Tried again establish care there and same problem. This time I went in person. WHY would the front desk person be coy about what info is needed to establish care there. FINALLY one of them writes 4 things down on a sticky note and hands it to me. You never see other places is request for your DL ?? Only here are you asked for your DL. Why not just post what's needed on the website? Wouldn't that be a good idea. ? At least have a print out or something with the info on it!, Geesh!. Apparently they have too many customers. Great place to keep your medical needs in check. Great selection of services offered, fees are based on income, the physicians really do have your best interests at heart.
They were professional and took great care of me. That was the least painful cleaning I’ve ever had. They were timely and thorough getting insurance information to me.
