Subpar, no photos taken, lazy, arrogant, unprofessional, no integrity. Doesn't know how to be objective and truthful....let's not forget sloppy workmanship. Jeff C arrived unprepared, dismissed my questions, and became aggressive within minutes of arriving on site. He refused to even attempt locating the existing system before insisting on a new layout on the opposite side of the house, in an area used for vehicle parking and far from the existing discharge lines. When I asked about alternate septic locations to avoid vehicle traffic areas, I was met with agitation, sarcasm, and a complete unwillingness to discuss options professionally.
