I have been extremely pleased while being a patient of Dr C O’Ketch. She is attentive and considerate and thorough. This Community Health Centre offers numerous programs to all people. A resource for families with children. So many supports offered here. Staff are most helpful. A very inclusive environment.

10/10. Dr. Oketch at the Durham Community Health Centre has been my husband's doctor for several years. Dr. Oketch is a great listener, shows compassion towards the elderly, and cares about the whole body (mental and physical). Dr. Oketch is one of the best family doctors under one roof at the Durham Community Health Centre. Highly recommend.
As a former youth in care, I want to go on record about my experience with this agency. I live with agoraphobia, complex PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Despite these challenges, I have always been respectful and cooperative. Unfortunately, the worker assigned to me at DCHC consistently treated me with hostility and disrespect, often taking her anger out on me and worsening my depression.
