If you need anything done, prepare for them to make it 10x more difficult. I requested a referral back in June, after several attempted phone calls and emails, the referral was sent 6 months later (supposedly). Blood work results? You need to book an appointment. Need a vaccine date because the doctor neglected to put the date down on the card? You have to book an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.
Such a terrible clinic that nobody responds to call and voicemail is always full! Facing error in booking appointments but nobody to assist. Updates- nobody picked up the call yet after months of trying, website gives error while booking appointments.
My Dr is Dr. Ogundipe. She treats me like gold. Although the receptionists could use a lesson on how to interact with people, On the phone and in person.
I'm writing to let people know that the front desk staff are very impolite they don't great people, don't answer to the calls or voice messages if their voice mail is available! they talking slowly as they are wearing a mask that you could barley undrestand what they say, other than they even didn't call me when they receive my husband a my blood test result to book appointment they don't care about their patients.
