I visited this place for me and my family members treatments. Although doctors and pharmacists are very nice and professional, the receptionist is rude and impolite. Today she opened door for patients at 9.06, though seen many patients were waiting outside in a chilling weather for more than 20-30 minutes. I observed that she came at 9 and took her own sweet time to prepare her workstation and then allowed patients to come in. Requests an immediate coaching to this lady please.
Staff seemingly are far too busy to answer the phone, or return voicemails, or return emails. All ways that they say you can and should contact them when you've registered with one of the doctors in attendance. It has been months, and we are trying to follow up on test results to no avail. Senior receptionist was rude and misinformative. Wasted an hour of my time as the vaccine I had come for was actually not in stock (even after calling multiple times beforehand and told that it was available). Would give 0 stars but giving 2 stars as the doctors are very nice.
the staff and doctors here definitely DON’T care 4 you.
Apart from the service, the doctors need to respect patients time, they are never on time for their shift. Please let us know how we can report or complain about the same.
