I’ve given this clinic multiple chances over the past few years and they’ve dropped the ball every time. Receptionists are highly incompetent. Couple weeks ago went for a TB test reading, doctor told me the visit would take 1 minute and to drop by to see him. Came at 12 pm, told the receptionist multiple times that I should be seen quickly as per doctors instructions. Most caring doctors I have ever met. They care more than my family doctor and any hospital doctor. They have solved more cases with me of my medical issues then any other doctors! Yes sometimes it’s busy but they are worth the wait to be seen by them. I have seen all the walk in doctors here and they are all equally amazing.
Worst walk in clinic ever! What's the point of giving appointments if you're going to make the patient wait 45 mins after the scheduled time of the appointment.
I had a very disappointing experience with Care4U Whitby Clinic. Before booking, I called and confirmed the price for a 2-step TB test. I made it very clear multiple times that I am an international student on applied status and do not have a health card. I was quoted $65 including taxes. After traveling 100 km one way from Peterborough, I was suddenly told at the clinic that there would be an extra $100 charge per visit because I didn’t have a health card.
