Physicians are great!! Front office and answering service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I saw the NP on August 6 and my prescription didn’t get called in for insurance approval until September 16. This is after many frustrating phone calls and even a visit in the office to express my concerns. So disappointing that the support staff doesn’t match the care team. Hopefully the Dr. and NP see this review and make some changes.
