Care 360 has made such a positive change in our lives since they became are hospice service. The healthcare workers are absolutely some of the best professionals I have experienced, very easy to work with. The Case managers (RN's) are exceptional as well. They are easy to discuss my needs and my spouses' needs at any time. Explanations are given in a manner easy to understand about condition and medicines being use. the Social workers and Chaplain are also easy to talk about any issues that are arise. Care 360 was fabulous. They treated my husband with dignity and respect. The nurses, aids, chapline, office personel and supplies, I could not have asked for any better. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My only suggestion would be they get their own pharmacy. The place we moved from the hospice there had a pharmacy that delivered meds anytime day or night...it was wonderful. BUT other than that suggestion I would say they do a stellar job. Bravo!
I have had a very positive experience working with the 360 hospice team. Their staff is compassionate, responsive, and committed to providing excellent care to residents and their families.
I can not express the gratitude I have for the team at Care360, every step of this difficult time your expertise guidance and compassion helped us to not only care for Mom but gave us time to be her family at the end. If you are choosing a hospice company first of all I'm sorry that you're going through this. The team at care 360 will do what they say they're going to do which is be extremely responsive to every need as this difficult time unfolds.
