I was hobbled before, during, and after my trip to the Grand Canyon with lower back pain which led to pain and numbness in my knee. I tried Bowenwork before I went, and had deep tissue massage during our trip, but I just couldn't get the muscles in my back to release. I came in with back and shoulder problems that had been causing me pain for years, and in no time at all I was fixed up and feeling so much better. Radhika is an exceptional therapist, and I am so thankful that she was able to help fix my back and shoulder. If you need physical therapy, this is for sure the place to go. Fantastic therapist! I have suffered from back problems for nearly 20 years and have tried just about everything for relief. Many things helped but the Dry Needling I received from Radhika gave me more relief from a single treatment that I have ever experienced with other treatments. I have no hesitations recommending her.
