Staff up front is rude, they no longer have urgent care. This place is a joke all the way around
Update; Effective July 1st, New business hours, see picture for details! Love this place (as far as clinics go)! I (my kids and I) have been with them for approcimately 10 years, and have seen then at their best and at their worst. I wouldn't change them for any other clinic, they're stuck with me :)
Says they’re open Saturdays but the door was locked and nobody answered! Showed up at 11am to get a refill on my insulin.
Don't leave without a prescription. I asked and was told no that they send it over. An hour later and another phone call to care 1st still no prescription sent. Called again at 730 to have it be sent since my daughter has horrible pink eye and again nothing sent now stuck her waiting for them to open to call again because still no medicine at the pharmacy-.-
