This Dr. office is horrible. I called to schedule a new patient appointment. They asked me to print out the Consent forms to released my childrens records. I printed and faxed them back. she stated to call back in a few days to schedule the appointment. I called back and then was told they are not accepting new patients. When i called earlier that week, that should have been explained. So I asked if the records were available for pick and they were. So I go to pick the records up and now they cannot be found. Dr. Palmos is just a great pediatrician. As far as for me and my kids,she is the best.
