Care Up has been great! Everyone we've dealt with, including our caregiver, has been reliable, responsive and professional. Their RN, TY set us up with a custom care plan and took as long as we needed to walk us through it. He then accompanied the caregiver for the first few hours of day 1. They've reached out each week to check in on us. For anyone even considering home care, I recommend checking them out.
I highly recommend Care Up! Our caregiver has been competent, punctual, and friendly. When we’ve had questions, their team has been easy to contact and easy to deal with. Instead of feeling like they’re dodging my calls, they’re calling me once a week to check in and see how it’s going. We’ve had some bad experiences with other agencies but we’re pleased we found Care Up

My experience with Care Up has been nothing short of wonderful. They are caring and treat us like family. We’ve met two of the caregivers and both have been kind and warm. We also like that they offer transparent pricing. No one else in the Tampa Bay area does this. Another thing we like is that they do not nickel and dime us. Would recommend this agency to anyone!
