Lisa Wallace and her husband are very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend Care That Matters.
My aging mother needed transportation from a rehab facility to her home. She has limited mobility and can not drive. CARE THAT MATTERS was more than able to provide that service to her. The transportation specialist Mckale was very polite and professional. He was thorough and displayed compassion and patience throughout the entire process. The rates charged by CARE THAT MATTERS were competitive and fair. We truly believe they were the correct choice for the service provided. We had a need for wheelchair transport that was somewhat time sensitive, and Lisa and Matt at Care That Matters were more than helpful. They carefully listened, quickly offered a solution, and saw it through to completion. The van was impressive, and the driver extremely thoughtful and professional.
