I purchased my home in 2019 and shortly after replaced a 3 ton AC unit. I went with Fred’s advice. Fast forward 7 years I am selling the home. I just found out that, the size of the return only provides half of the CFMs required for a 3 ton unit to cool properly. My system is choking for air! Granted I don’t like it ice cold , but the new owners might! If Care Temp cares, I have all receipts and paperwork.
