I've been working with them the past month on getting proper permits submitted and paid for on a condo that they did work on a year ago. Permits were not obtained time of service and I'm not blaming that on them but you should know what permits and documentation is needed now that is was brought to your attention. Job long paid for so service is not there specialty after the fact.
My mother has not heating since October 3rd. Shes in her 80's . This is UNACCEPTABLE. THEY were at her house on October 3rd @1:30. They needed to order a switch. Shes STILL WAITING . ITS NOW 10 DAYS. !!!!!!! She has a yearly contract with them.
Not happy with how long it takes for them to get back to u. I had a new AC unit installed over the summer. And it failed inspection for a 5.00 fuse. I hear that happens a lot with them. After paying all of that money for a new AC unit they should change the fuse and not make anyone get an electrician. Needless to say I have to get this fixed and get another inspection.
