Care temp - the company that does NOT care at all! Our air conditioning unit stopped working. We called Caretemp to come out and check it. We paid them $260.17. They told us we needed a completely whole new air conditioning system that was going to cost $8900 approximately. No thanks Fred. We got a second opinion from another company and it was a simple fix...he found a chewed wire from a chipmunk. He fixed it in 10 minutes!!!! Do not ever use Caretemp unless you want to waste all your time and money.

I called care temp and told them my heat was not working .he called me back in about 30 mins and said he was on the road and could be there with in the hour ,he showed up in 30 mins . Fred climbed up on my roof with 3 feet of snow on it and cleared the flew that the snow was covering .fixed the problem in 20 miss. Omg what a great job .thank u fred

Would 100% recommend this company. Put in my heat and air in 2022. Always quick to answer my calls. Al came today to fix a small problem. He was courteous and so helpful. Thank you Care Temp!

I've been working with them the past month on getting proper permits submitted and paid for on a condo that they did work on a year ago. Permits were not obtained time of service and I'm not blaming that on them but you should know what permits and documentation is needed now that is was brought to your attention. Job long paid for so service is not there specialty after the fact.
